Shipping policy

For delivery within Hong Kong, once we receive your order, it usually takes about 7 - 10 business days for our merch partners to manufacture your product and deliver your product to your designated address provided on the checkout page. However, this is only an estimated delivery time and the actual delivery date and time are subject to the manufacturing schedule of our merch partners, the applicable service terms of the courier service providers, and the availability of pick-up points and/or lockers.

If you do not receive your purchased item within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, please contact us by email at cs@artxover.com.

We do not provide delivery to multiple addresses for one order. If one or more products in your shopping cart are required to be delivered by different delivery methods, the entire shopping cart will not proceed to checkout.

International Duties And Taxes

The purchase price for your item does not cover various import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office when our items are shipped into your country. Such customs duty and import charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are beyond our control. As such, we are unable to accurately estimate and collect import duties and taxes at checkout.

It shall be your responsibility to pay any local import taxes and duties in relation to the delivery of your purchased product. ArtXover reserves the right to fulfill your order consisting of multiple items in separate shipments. Each shipment may attract import taxes or duties. As such, you may be responsible for multiple import taxes or duties notwithstanding that they may be orders for items or purchases made in a single transaction, or for any other reason. ArtXover is unable to reimburse you for any import taxes or duties levied on your items.

Where applicable, import and customs duties will be levied when your item crosses the border and is inspected by the customs officer. A small administrative fee may also be raised by the courier.

If there are extra charges raised by customs or border control, you will likely have to pay them to either the courier or at the collection point. Please note that some courier services may only notify you of the raised charges after the delivery has taken place.

If a package is refused at the border due to your refusal to pay import fees and duties or you remain uncontactable, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge ArtXover for the return of your purchased item. We shall assume no responsibility to redeliver to you your purchased item.  No refund will be available for any package refusal .

This Policy will be in English language and Chinese language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
